What we mean by Coaching
Our coaches have all been professionally trained and have many years of experience. By coaching, we mean a process that helps people become aware of their thoughts and emotions and how they affect or are affected by their behaviors. Coaching involves personality development, looking at things in new ways, and becoming more self-regulated in emotions and behaviors with the purpose of becoming more congruent with personal goals and expectations in one’s current role.
